We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data. This data includes, but is not limited to, your app usage, feature click frequency, error logs, and more. All data will be collected anonymously and cannot be personally identified.

Error reporting and feedback

We use Sentry to collect and report software errors and crashes. When you encounter problems using SwitchHoster, Sentry automatically collects error-related information such as error codes, stack traces, and relevant environment data. This information helps our development team to quickly fix problems and improve the stability and performance of the software.

Data usage

The anonymous data collected will be used for the following purposes:

• Analyze the usage of the software so that we can understand which features are most popular and which parts need improvement.
• Monitor and fix errors and crashes in the application to ensure the stability of the software.
• Optimize the user experience and provide features and improvements that better meet your needs.

All data collected through PostHog and Sentry is stored in industry-standard data storage facilities. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data and to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction.

Data sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. We only share anonymous data with the following third parties:

• PostHog：Used to collect and analyze anonymous usage data.
• Sentry：Used to collect and report error information.
